These terms cover the Bluff Club mobile app and website. By using Bluff Club, you agree to use it lawfully and to keep the game comfortable for everyone in the room.
The game
Bluff Club is a local party game for people sharing one phone. Free play includes the core game loop. Full Club adds modes, longer sessions and curated content. Available features may improve over time, but a subscription does not promise any particular future feature.
Subscriptions and billing
Full Club is offered as monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions. The price, billing period and any trial are shown by Apple before purchase. Payment is charged to your App Store account and renews unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel in your device’s subscription settings. App Store refund rules apply.
Restoring access
Use Restore purchases in the app when moving to a compatible device or reinstalling. The device must be signed into the Apple Account used for the purchase. Contact support if access is not restored.
Room rules and custom content
You are responsible for player names and custom words entered on your device. Do not use the app to harass people, infringe rights, break the law or introduce content that is unsafe for your group. The host should choose appropriate packs and let anyone opt out of a prompt.
Ownership and availability
Bluff Club’s design, software, brand and curated game content remain the property of their respective owner. You receive a personal, revocable licence to use the app. The service is provided as available, and no game result should be treated as factual evidence about a player.
